‼️ R1 Graduates ‼️
It's time to take your education to the next level with the Online R2 Designs Certification (AKA Online R2 Neuro Reconditioning)
This is the next chapter for you in your Reconditioning knowledge.
You've already seen the power of the R1 Foundations systems.
Now, it's time in 2025 to enhance your skills even more and deliver even better & faster results to your clients!
You're probably wondering...
what's the difference between R1 and R2?
Great question!
Well, let's fill you in on things!
R1 focused on:
GENERAL assessments (what we called the "primary assessments"),
how to look at these movements to see issues (and how to intervene accordingly)
and, R1 also taught the "threat" concept and the notion of proprioceptive inputs.
In R2...
we kick it up a notch...
big-time!
R2 focuses on CONTEXT of the client (getting granular and specific).
Rather than just doing general assessment tests like in R1, we start to assess the client's specific movements (movements of their activities or sport).
This enables us to identify specific client issues (with specific interventions related to their specific activities or sport).
For example: if someone plays tennis, we want to be able to assess their tennis specific movements to identify tennis-related weak links & deficiencies (and how to get them results within that specific context of tennis performance).
If a client suffers from back pain and needs to get in and out of their car, carry groceries up 3 flights of stairs, and has a catering company where they knead doe to make pasta & put things in & out of the oven (talk about HIGHLY specific), we want to look at these daily movements to know what to do to help them.
We also teach you to use video analysis for the assessments, and bring in both visual and vestibular input analysis/understanding to take things to the a whole other level.
Finally, we teach you how to assess the client's very specific goals/outcomes, and how to structure, plan, and periodize their training to achieve these goals/outcomes (ex: reduce/eliminate pain, improve performance, etc.)
If you saw the benefits of R1, then taking your knowledge & skills to the next level with R2 just makes sense!
